Highlights from the Transformational Leadership Academy (TLA)

We are thrilled to share the official highlights from the recently concluded Transformation Leadership Academy (TLA), a powerful week-long leadership workshop organized by Mendem Foundation in collaboration with our esteemed partners, Royalty World and Lead From The Heart. This intensive program brought together the Prefects of Sacred Heart College Mankon, offering them a unique blend of inspiring lesson sessions, interactive didactive activities, and transformative insights designed to unlock new levels of self-awareness and leadership. Through this journey, these young leaders embraced the principles of visionary servant leadership, equipping themselves to lead with courage, empathy, purpose and love.
